#‎fishyonadishy‬ ‪#‎cleaneating‬‬ Super easy weekday dinner- cod loin smothered in pesto, rolled in prosciutto ham. Cherry tomatoes with garlic and rosemary.

You will need
  1. One Cod Fillet (large enough for two people)
  2. Three large tablespoons of ‘clean’ pesto
  3. One packet of prosciutto or parma ham
  1. Lay the ham down, overlapping. Place the cod on top, smother in pesto.
  2. Roll to wrap up.
  3. Baked in the oven on tin foil with cherry tomatoes at 180c for 20 minutes.
