Cauliflower Soup

You will need
  1. 2 onions chopped
  2. 1 large cauliflower chopped into chunks
  3. Scoop of butter
  4. Three slices of lemon zest
  5. 1 litre chicken stock
  6. 2 tap wholegrain mustard
  1. Put butter in pan, add chopped onion until softened and starting to brown
  2. Add cauliflower and lemon zest until cauliflower has got some colour
  3. Pour in stock and simmer until cauliflower is softened
  4. Add mustard and seasoning
  5. Whizz with a blender
