You will need
  1. 1 tin of chickpeas (buy peas in water and drain)
  2. 3 raw beetroot
  3. 6 tbsp tahini paste
  4. 50ml chilled water
  5. 2 lemons, juiced
  6. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Simmer one tin of chickpeas in water for 15mins, steam chunks of raw peeled beetroot at the same time. Drain and pop in the blender. Add 6 tbsp raw tahini paste until quite smooth, add 50ml chilled water until smooth then add juice of two lemons and 2 crushed garlic cloves. Blend again.
