- Freezer friendly storage containers and some airtight lunch box containers- they don’t need to be expensive just ensure they have a secure lid so you don’t have any accidents!
- Ziploc bags/ sandwich bags for storing prepped blanched veggies
- A hand whizzer, my preferred tool is the Braun Multiquick because it is great for chopping, mixing and blending and takes up limited storage space.
- Silicone muffin moulds are great if you also want to make some grain free muffins.
- Meals are easily reheated in a microwave, so take full advantage if you have one.
- Make sure you have some large casserole dishes ready for sausage casserole, cottage pie, ragu sauce etc
- Greaseproof paper and tin foil are useful
- A baking sheet/ roasting tray
- If you wish to make banana bread a loaf tin is good
(All of these items can be purchased for a few pounds from bargain stores).
